  • Barre Class: Barre class is a fun and effective workout combining elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga. This class uses 2- or 3-pound weights, resistance bands, small motions and repetitions, and much laughter to help build arm strength, tone legs, and improve core stability. Join us for Friday night at the Barre to end the week strong and start the weekend with a smile.

  • Beginner Slow Flow: This Gentle Yoga Flow practice is appropriate for all levels. We start with grounding & gentle stretches, then move in & out of poses fairly slowly to build body awareness and improve balance. Sequences will consist of hip opening, gentle lunging and twisting with a primary focus on alignment & safety using props such as blankets, blocks, & straps. This class will improve overall strength & flexibility. It will help you unwind & de-stress.

  • Buti Yoga: Transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. Buti Yoga helps women tap into their inner power to unleash unshakable confidence and bond with other women. This movement modality clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow you to shift your perception of the world around you. SWEAT WITH INTENTION!

  • Core Strength Yoga: Your core is at the core of this class! Through fun flows, standing balance and some arm balance, this class works core strength and stability. Come join us as we develop strength mindfully and playfully. It's a great way to release stress with a fabulous community. We also like to throw in some laughter to really work the belly!

  • Flow + Let Go: A creative and dynamic flow class with a focus on strength and integrity from posture to posture. The class flows through the classical Sun Salutations to warm-up the body, before moving on to more intermediate postures and longer holds. Specific peak poses will be explored over a series of classes, and mindfulness in movement and breath will link it all together. Connect with your breath and challenge your body, then relax in a well-deserved Savasana. Open to all levels of experience. Plenty of modifications will be given to suit all levels of experience. *Some yoga experience recommended but not required.

  • Gentle Flow Yoga: This is a gentle yet in-depth practice consisting of a sequence of movements and poses that increases flexibility and strengthens your entire body, releasing chronic tension. Join us in freeing yourself and opening yourself up to positive energy!

  • Lunchtime Yoga: Short on time or do you need a midday break? Join us for a 45-minute Lunchtime Yoga session.  These classes will cover a wide variety of poses sure to make you feel great.  Suitable for ALL levels!

  • Mixed-Level Flow Yoga: This mixed level class is accessible for students at all levels: beginner, intermediate and experienced welcome! Throughout the hour we will engage in physical postures that strengthen and stretch the entire body while we mindfully link the breath to movement. This well-rounded class will include sun salutations, standing, and seated postures, backbends and arm balances. Modifications will be offered and students are encouraged to move at their own pace, honor their bodies, and use resting poses as needed. We will round off class with 5 to 10-minute savasana and guided meditation.

  • Morning Yin Yoga Flow: This one-hour morning yoga class is a wonderful combination of slow flow sequence, followed by a yin yoga sequence. The slow flow allows the muscles to get you moving, while the yin component focuses on the connective tissue. Yin Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, however, they can begin at 1-2 minutes. The benefits of Yin are increased flexibility and increased stability of the joints. A practice that provides an energy component followed by a calm and relaxing feeling.

  • Pilates: This mixed-level class will give you a mind + body workout to help improve muscle elasticity and strength through mat-work based low impact bodyweight exercises. The main muscle groups targeted are: abdominal, back, hip, and shoulder muscles. The proper techniques will help train your body to move in more efficient patterns - invaluable for injury prevention and optimal health.

  • Prenatal Pilates Yoga: This class will help you to learn about your body and how it changes throughout pregnancy. The exercises will help you strengthen your core abdominals and your pelvic floor muscles which will both benefit you during your pregnancy to help support the weight of the baby and to prepare you for delivery, and after-delivery to help prevent stress incontinence.

  • Prenatal Yoga: This class is specifically designed to strengthen and support your changing body as you progress through your pregnancy.  Meditation, relaxation, and yoga postures are used to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy as well as prepare you for labor and delivery.  These classes are beneficial at any time during your pregnancy.  No yoga experience required!

  • Restorative Yoga: Allow your body to melt into the mat and gain a sense of peace. Restorative yoga incorporates healing, passive poses, and soothing gentle stretches to help you simply let go. This class is designed to relieve tension in the mind and body. Restorative yoga is great for those recovering from illness, injury, or for those who just need to unwind from life’s daily stresses and prepare for the week ahead.​​​

  • Rise + Shine Morning Yoga: A great way to start your day! All level class to wake up your body & get you moving in preparation for your day! This 60-minute gentle morning class will guide you in breathwork to relax you, slow-paced poses to build strength & balance to improve flexibility. Modifications & props are used to support & assist with body alignment as you find what feels right in your body. You will end class with relaxation, leaving you feeling content & ready to move on with your day. This class is open to all levels, those new to yoga, just returning to yoga, or wanting to slow down.​​​

  • Shoulders, Neck + Back: This class focuses on practicing postures in a way that enhances the health of the back and spine. You'll learn to relieve tension in the back body, from the neck to the sacrum, and you'll also strengthen your core to support proper alignment of your spine. This simple but very effective yoga class to loosen up tight shoulders and the neck. These sequences will help you find length in both sides of the neck, shoulders and through the shoulder blades.

  • Yin Yoga: Yin yoga invites the stillness of mind and body with gentle poses that stretch the connective tissues of the body. Known as the quiet practice, Yin Yoga is introspective and meditative. Yin targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Postures are held for three to five minutes which gives the body an opportunity to open and release tension from deeper tissues and maintain joint health. Yin helps to soothe and relax the nervous system. This form of yoga is the perfect complement to the more active, yang lifestyles we lead. Yin Yoga is suitable for most levels of students. Students will be taught the three guiding principles and have the option to choose teacher assists and adjustments.

  • Zumba +Yoga Fusion: Latin-inspired dance portion for all levels of skill for the first half of the class. This will get you warm and your heart rate up. Then we take it to the mat to stretch out your warm muscles in the deep stretch half of the class.

Movement, Music, and Connection!

These 45-minute classes will incorporate music, sing songs, games, and movement to engage the senses, minds, and bodies while spending quality connection time with parents. 

We know that it is not always easy to get out of the house on time with kids so we start each class with a little FREE time. This allows families to settle in and for the parents to chat and get to know each other. Family yoga tends to provide parents with much needed social time with other adults and provides the support of connection with a community of people experiencing similar life situations.
